Recipe of the Month
This month’s recipe comes from the Mad Fermentationist. It’s the very first IPA recipe we have put in here, and boy is it a good one! A juicy, low bitterness IPA for the warm weather (really, for any time 🙂 ) All ingredients (minus the flour) will be in stock as soon as the shipment comes in, please call ahead.

We have over 40 types of grains have hit the shelves – base grains, caramel/crystal, specialty – We have what you need to go from grain to glass! We can mill the grain on-site, and please, if there is any type of grain that you love to brew with and we don’t have it, let us know!
